Ingredients for eight servings

  1. Half cup orange marmalade
  2. Six red plums, pitted and sliced
  3. Two tablespoons muscovado sugar
  4. Two tablespoons of flour
  5. Half cup whole wheat flour
  6. Half a cup of fiber cereal (All-Bran)
  7. Two tablespoons. refined sugar
  8. Two teaspoons of baking powder
  9. Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
  10. A cup of skim milk
  11. An egg
  12. Two tablespoons of melted margarine

Preparation
